Our rubberized magnets with threaded pin and holding forces of up to 450 kg are widely used in the wind power industry. More specifically, they can be found inside wind turbines, magnetically attaching stairs to the magnetic inner wall.
Due to static reasons, it is not allowed to drill into the walls of many windmills. This is where our ultra-strong rubberized magnet systems come into play: With the help of the external thread, the magnet is attached to the conductors and screwed tight. This is done at regular intervals along the entire length of the ladder. Then the ladder is simply attached to the interior wall of the wind turbine, where it cannot be removed without tools. The ladder adheres reliably and securely to the wall even under heavy loads – and without any drilling!
