Round magnets rubberized with internal thread

Rubberized magnets with internal thread combine strong holding power with safety against slipping and scratching. The rubber coating sits gently on the holding surface and increases the friction between the magnet and the surface. 

Rubberized magnets with internal thread are available in black as well as in white and come in different sizes. Thanks to strong neodymium magnets, rubber magnets offer high holding forces combined with gentle treatment of surfaces – ideal for painted surfaces!

Rubberized magnets with internal thread – properties and advantages 

All rubberized magnet systems are characterized by the following properties: 

  • Very good holding force thanks to built-in neodymium magnets 
  • High slip resistance due to the rubber coating 
  • No scratching of your surfaces
  • Very suitable for outdoor use 
Rubberized magnets with a thread are used wherever normal magnetic systems are not suitable due to high vertical loads. We also recommend rubberized magnets for outdoor applications, as the rubber coating protects the neodymium magnet from moisture. When subjected to vertical loads, normal flat grippers tend to slip quickly due to the shear force, since both the magnet and the surface to which it is attached are very smooth with minimal friction. The rubber increases this friction and makes the magnet less likely to slip, resulting in a higher load capacity. 

Rubberized magnets with internal thread should only be used at ambient temperatures up to 60°C. Higher temperatures can cause damage and bonding of the rubber.
