Pot magnet with eyelet for a variety of uses
Thanks to a neodymium magnetic core, this strong magnet with eyelet is perfect for mobile fixtures where space is limited.
The magnet consists of a neodymium disc magnet that is embedded in a steel cup. This steel cup shields the magnet, protects it and guides the field lines to the open holding surface. This increases the holding power – you can find more information about magnetic shielding in our magnet glossary!
There is also a screw socket on the outside of the steel cup. This serves as the base for the eyelet, which is screwed into the thread. If necessary, this eyelet can be unscrewed again and you get a strong pot magnet with a screw socket!
A strong pot magnet with an eyelet can be used in many different ways. Cords and ropes can be temporarily fixed and held in place in the warehouse. The smaller sizes also make excellent cable holders! On walls, they keep cables off the floor, eliminating potential tripping hazards.
Thanks to magnetism and a robust design, pot magnets with eyelets are reusable and last forever if handled correctly. This saves resources in the long run and no drilling or screws are needed for mounting.
Strong neodymium hook magnet for warehouse, workshop and office
A strong neodymium hook magnet combines extreme adhesive force with minimal space requirements. We recommend this pot magnet with hook wherever a lot of adhesive force is needed in tight spaces.
The core of the magnet is a neodymium disc magnet that is built into a steel cup. The steel cup fulfills several functions:
- It protects the magnet and shields it from external influences.
- Field lines are bundled and directed to the open holding surface, which leads to an increase in holding power.
- The magnetic force is thus shielded on all surrounding sides and concentrated on the open holding surface.
- Strong magnets with hooks are equipped with a threaded bush on the outside. The hook is simply screwed into the steel cup by means of its thread. If necessary, the hook can also be unscrewed.
Popular applications include mobile coat hooks for jackets or bags, the temporary fixing of cords and ropes, or as a mobile tool hook. Since you save yourself the hassle of drilling and screwing, strong magnets with hooks are very user-friendly. When handled correctly, they last practically forever and save valuable resources in the long run.
Pot magnets with hook or eyelet for outdoor use
Generally speaking, pot magnets with hook or eyelet can be used for outdoor purposes, but they can start to rust over time. The magnet's coating can chip off under strain, making these spots susceptible to oxidation.
That is why we do not recommend these magnets for outdoor applications.
