Samarium cobalt pot magnets
Heat-resistant samarium-cobalt pot magnets can withstand temperatures of up to 200°C without any problems. They have strong holding forces because the steel pot bundles the field lines of the magnet and directs them to the open holding surface. These magnets are usually installed by pressing them in.

Pot magnets made of SmCo for temperatures up to 200°C
Many applications in the fields of industry, mechanical engineering or trade reach very high ambient temperatures, which can destroy some magnets. Neodymium magnets, for example, are very popular due to their high adhesive forces, but can only be used at temperatures up to a maximum of 80°C. Higher temperatures lead to an irreversible loss of magnetic force in neodymium magnets.
Flat pot magnets made of SmCo are the perfect alternative for applications with high ambient temperatures. They achieve almost the same magnetic forces as neodymium and are heat resistant up to 200°C.
