Magna-C magnetic pouches have been an integral part of manufacturing companies for decades. Documents can be put into the pouch and travel with the goods. Our versatile magnetic pouches are also ideal for mesh boxes, labeling steel containers, or for notices and instructions.
Our standard range already includes many formats, colors, and attachments. The standard version with a magnetic tape on the back, waterproof magnetic pockets, strong pockets for mesh boxes, and the XXL magnetic pdocument pouch for extensive test reports and operating instructions. Nevertheless, it happens from time to time that customers need a customized solution due to special circumstances.
What exactly does a “customized solution” mean for magnetic document pouches? We would like to illustrate this to you using a real-life example:
Large steel containers are to be labeled outside on a company premises near the coast. The accompanying documents for the contents must also be legibly attached to the container wall. Due to weather conditions, the containers already have a slightly rusted and uneven surface. This base material is problematic for magnets, as they cannot develop their full adhesive force. In addition, near the coast, we have strong winds and humidity, which can quickly affect conventional magnetic pouches.
Our solution:
A magnetic pouch with a side snap closure and not two, but four welded neodymium magnets in each corner. This guarantees a secure hold, even on poor surfaces and in strong winds. In addition, the snap closure optimally protects the document from moisture.
