Properties of countersunk rectangular rubber-coated magnets
Compared to conventional flat magnets, countersunk rubber-coated magnets have some distinct advantages:
- They are highly non-slip due to the increased friction between the magnet and the holding surface caused by the rubber coating.
- This also helps to prevent scratches, which is why countersunk rectangular rubber-coated magnets are very popular for use with painted surfaces.
