Magnetic document pouches
Magnetic document pouches are used to hang up and transport delivery notes, production papers and manufacturing instructions. Different colors guarantee visibility for important notices and operating instructions exactly where you need them.
The magnetic pouch is made of sturdy, soft PVC material and allows for easy insertion of papers through the opening at the top. The transparent front ensures that the documents inside are easy to read. Depending on your needs, we can supply simple magnetic document pouches with a magnetic tape on the back or very strong pockets with welded-in neodymium magnets.

What are magnetic document pouches?
Magnetic pouches are special document sleeves that have a magnetic back. They can be easily attached to metallic surfaces such as steel shelves, machines or sheet metal cladding. DIN A4 magnetic pouches are among the most popular formats and can be used in any industry and environment. The transparent front allows a clear view of the contents, while the robust PVC material protects the documents from dirt, dust and moisture. Magnetic pockets are designed for product information, work instructions, safety information or production plans. Documents are usually inserted from above, but we also have magnetic pockets with side insertion in our range.

What types of magnetic document pouches are there?
Depending on the intended use and environment, magnetic pouches have to withstand various influences such as minimal adhesive surface (e.g. on mesh box pallets), moisture and wind. As one of the first providers in Germany with in-house production near Stuttgart, we have developed a range of models over the years that can withstand any condition:
- Magnetic document pouches with magnetic tape
Equipped with a magnetic tape on the back, they are suitable for most covered applications with a good adhesive surface. These pockets are inexpensive, flexible and available in the common formats such as DIN A4, A5, A6 and special formats. - Magnetic pouches with neodymium magnets
Strong neodymium magnets are welded into the upper corners of these magnetic pockets. They are designed for difficult surfaces such as painted surfaces and pallet cages, and can also be attached to thin iron bars. - Waterproof magnetic pockets with snap fasteners
For environments with high humidity or a lot of dust, we have designed magnetic pockets with a snap closure. They are available with either magnetic tape or neodymium magnets and keep documents clean and dry all around. - Full-surface magnetic pouches
These document sleeves are made from a single piece of magnetic sheet and are therefore magnetic over their entire surface. They adhere like glue to ferromagnetic surfaces and can even withstand windy environments.
