A magnetic rod separator with neodymium cores effectively removes ferromagnetic impurities from conveyed materials and optimizes your production processes. With its high cleaning and filtering efficiency, it reliably protects machines and systems from damage caused by metallic foreign bodies. This not only reduces the risk of production interruptions, but also increases the efficiency and longevity of your equipment. At the same time, the separator increases the quality and value of your conveyed material by safely removing contaminants. 

Thanks to its tightly welded, rustproof and polished stainless steel casing, the rod separator is versatile. It is suitable for use with dry bulk solids as well as with liquids or pasty media. Easy cleaning via the 30 mm long non-magnetic ends ensures a smooth and time-saving maintenance process. The flexible design with internal or external thread on both sides (M6x6 or M6x10) enables precise integration into your systems. Furthermore, filter grates and grids can be manufactured exactly according to your installation requirements, in order to perfectly adapt the separator to your specific needs.
