  • Captured particles can be easily wiped off the 30 mm long nonmagnetic ends. 
  • Tightly welded, rustproof, polished stainless steel sheath. Also well suited for use in liquids and in the food industry. 
  • Versions with internal and external threads on both sides are possible.

  • Operating temperature up to max. 150°C. Higher temperature resistance can be realized on request.

A magnetic rod separator with a ferrite core effectively removes ferromagnetic contaminants from conveyed materials and optimizes your production processes. Thanks to its tightly welded, rustproof and polished stainless steel casing, the rod separator is highly versatile. It is suitable for use with dry bulk solids as well as with liquids or pasty media. Easy cleaning via the 30 mm long non-magnetic ends ensures a smooth and time-saving maintenance process. The flexible design with internal or external thread on both sides (M6x6 or M6x10) enables precise integration into your systems. Furthermore, filter grates and screens can be manufactured exactly according to your installation requirements, in order to perfectly adapt the separator to your specific needs.
