Areas of application
The heat-resistant AlNiCo pipe-welding clamp is specially designed for the precise positioning and fixing of steel pipes with a diameter of up to 60 mm during welding work. Thanks to its temperature resistance of up to 450°C, it is ideal for use in high-temperature environments. The magnetic force of the AlNiCo core allows for quick and secure positioning of the pipes without the need for additional aids such as clamps. This makes the welding process much easier and ensures a fully accessible weld seam.
In addition, the welding angle has prism legs that open 120° to ensure an optimal hold of the tubes. Flattened pole surfaces on the outer edges of the prisms also ensure full holding power even with flat workpieces.
