Areas of application
The visible magnetic clasp is a locking system that consists of two magnets with mounting tabs. The tabs are inserted through pre-made slots in textiles and folded over. The same is done on the opposite side to achieve a closing effect through the magnetic attraction of both magnets. The magnetism centers the magnets themselves and holds them in place until they are separated again by force. It is particularly suitable for applications where a secure yet easy-to-open closure is required:
- Textile industry: Can be integrated into bags, purses or clothing to provide a simple and reliable magnetic closure.
