Areas of application

These magnetic hooks offer some advantages over conventional hook magnets due to the soft rubber coating. They protect sensitive surfaces such as painted metal from damage caused by scratches and are less likely to slip down on smooth surfaces. Due to this increased slip resistance, rubberized magnetic hooks have higher holding forces under vertical load and are particularly suitable for the following applications: 

  • Mobile coat hook: If you are looking for a magnetic hook for the wall, you should use rubberized hook magnets. They can better withstand vertical loads due to increased friction and are suitable as coat hooks for jackets and bags. Thanks to their magnetic force, they can be placed on metal surfaces without drilling or screws. When the magnetic hook is no longer needed, it can be removed without residue by tilting it sideways. 
  • Magnetic holder in a motorhome: Rubberized magnets are the first choice for magnetic mounting on vehicles such as motorhomes. The rubberized adhesive surface protects the paint and the hook can be used for temporary mounting of tarpaulins, covers, towels and tools such as scissors.
