Rubberized magnet system Ø34.5x7.6mm with conical countersink
Rubberized magnetic system with a magnetic core made of neodymium and a countersunk screw-on design. The rubber coating prevents the magnet from slipping and scratching smooth surfaces. Very strong holding force of 160 newtons (approx. 16 kg).

Product features
- Very strong holding force thanks to neodymium magnet core.
- System rubberized on all sides for optimal protection of system and holding surface.
- High shear forces due to rubber coating on the adhesive side.
- Easy mounting option for the system through conical countersink hole.
- Mounting with countersunk screw. The screw heads disappear completely in the magnet system.
- Careful handling of sensitive / painted surfaces.
- No residue of any kind on the holding surface at temperatures up to 60°C.

Areas of application
Rubberized magnets are used wherever a strong holding force has to be combined with a protective rubber coating. The central countersunk borehole allows the magnet system to be quickly and easily screwed into the surrounding area. Thanks to these properties, they are perfectly suited for applications in which sensitive surfaces need to be protected and a secure hold without slipping is required:
- Advertising industry: Rubberized magnets are built into large advertising signs and banners to allow for flexible attachment to metal surfaces. The strong holding force holds the signs reliably and allows for easy removal by tilting them sideways. The non-slip rubber coating even allows for use on vehicles, as it protects the paint and prevents scratches.
- Trade fair and event construction: In exhibition stand construction, rubberized magnet systems are used for the quick and flexible assembly of presentation walls, lights or decorative elements without damaging the metal structures of the stands.
- Industrial applications: In industrial processes, rubberized magnets are often used to temporarily attach tools, devices or sensors. They can also be used to magnetically attach covers to control cabinets and flaps to machine housings, and remove them again without leaving any residue. Their non-slip surface provides stability, even in vibrating environments.
- Furniture making: The rubberized magnets can be screwed into furniture to provide a magnetic holding and closing function. Rubberized magnets are often preferred for high-quality designer furniture to keep flaps, drawers and cabinet doors open or closed. The rubber coating ensures that the counter plate is placed gently and quietly, preventing damage such as splintering and chipping caused by hard impacts.
