Areas of application

Plate separation magnets are used in industrial processes to remove ferromagnetic contaminants such as iron filings from material streams. They consist of strong ferrite magnets encased in a rugged steel housing. The collected metal parts can be manually removed from the magnet surface. The use of such plate magnets not only improves the quality of the end product, but also reduces wear on downstream machines.

Mills: Here the magnets are used to filter metal particles from the ground material, thus ensuring product quality.
Conveyor belts and bulk material feeders: When installed above these transport routes, unwanted metal parts are removed from bulk materials before they enter further processing stages.
