Product features

  • High holding power thanks to the neodymium magnetic core.
  • Easy assembly via countersunk hole. Be sure to tighten the countersunk screw gently! Neodymium magnets behave like porcelain and can splinter under high pressure.
  • The steel cup protects the magnet and shields the magnetism from the outside.
  • The field lines are directed through the steel casing to the free holding surface, which increases the holding power of the magnet.
  • Thanks to the robust steel cup, these magnet systems are durable and easier to assemble than raw magnets.

Areas of application

Countersunk neodymium pot magnets are the perfect combination of strong holding power and simple, intuitive mounting. All you need is a suitable countersunk screw and you can screw the magnet onto surfaces such as wood or concrete or into existing structures. Neodymium pot magnets are ready for use and virtually maintenance-free, which makes them an ideal solution for many applications involving temporary mounting:

  • Advertising technology: Neodymium low profile pot magnets with a countersunk borehole are perfectly suited for mounting signs, banners or displays on metallic structures. Since no drill holes or adhesive residue are required, the metal surface remains undamaged. At trade fairs and events, these magnets enable the quick and flexible construction of presentation stands by securely fixing back walls, lighting elements or signage, for example. Their strong holding power ensures that even larger or heavier objects are held stably.
  • Mechanical engineering: screw-on neodymium pot magnets are often used in mechanical engineering to hold covers, tools or moving components in place, for example on machine housings or production lines. Thanks to the countersunk hole, the magnets can be easily attached with countersunk head screws, ensuring that they lie flat and that there are no protruding edges.
  • Workshop and production: These magnets are ideal tool holders on workshop walls and in production environments. Thanks to their strong holding power, they can hold even heavy tools such as hammers securely and keep your workbench tidy. What's more, they can be reused, making them a cost-effective and sustainable solution. In production, they are often used to temporarily secure components or devices. Their compact design allows them to be used in confined workspaces, while their strong holding power ensures that components remain precisely positioned.
  • Furniture making: In furniture making, screw-on neodymium pot magnets are used as a stylish locking mechanism. They are screwed into cupboard doors, drawers and furniture flaps to hold them open or closed magnetically. A thin steel plate on the opposite side is all that is needed for the magnets to develop their magnetic force.

Gummimanschette für Flachgreifer Ø25mm
Art. Nr: 35446
Rubber cap for pot magnets Ø25mm
To protect your surfaces: Rubber caps for magnets are placed over the free adhesive surface and increase the friction between the magnet and the iron surface. The magnet is less likely to slip and cause scratches - particularly suitable for sensitive, painted surfaces.

Selbstklebender Antirutschgummi zum Zuschneiden
Art. Nr: 68100
Self-adhesive anti-slip rubber 1,000x114mm
No slipping and scratching! Self-adhesive anti-slip rubber is an ultra-thin rubber sheet that you can stick to the holding surface of the magnet. The rubber prevents the magnet from slipping on a smooth steel surface under vertical load. It also protects the surface from scratches.
