Areas of application
The hand-held demagnetizer for tools and workpieces was developed to effectively remove unwanted residual magnetism from steel and cast iron workpieces. This residual magnetism can arise during various machining processes and impair the further processing or functionality of the workpieces.
- Tool and mold making: When using magnetic clamping plates or after magnetic transport, workpieces can be unintentionally magnetized. The hand demagnetizer makes it possible to demagnetize these parts before further processing or assembly to ensure a precise fit and function.
