Ferrite flat bar in galvanized U-profile 609.6x43.7x15.75mm
Flat bars in a U-profile are an alternative to round pot magnets when you only have a narrow mounting surface available. The screw head disappears into the rail profile during installation and does not put any load on the magnet core. Holding force: 800 Newton (approx. 80 kg).

Areas of application
Ferrite flat strips in a long U-profile are ideal for tight installation conditions where good holding power is needed in the smallest of spaces. The ferrite magnetic core makes the strips resistant to corrosion, oils and light acids. They can also withstand temperatures of up to 100°C. They can be mounted using the outer holes and are immediately ready for use and practically maintenance-free. Many applications benefit from the properties of these flat strips:
- Mechanical engineering and industry: In industrial plants, ferrite flat strips are used to fix covers and protective devices. In particular, where there are high demands on temperature and corrosion resistance, ferrite strips are preferable to neodymium flat strips.
- Joinery and furniture making: The ferrite flat bar in a long U-profile is excellently suited for installation in grooves. The long, slim shape allows the adhesive force to be optimally distributed over a thin surface, enabling various holding and fastening tasks.
- Tool holder: Mounted on workbenches or workshop walls, they serve as magnet holders for tools and small iron parts. This way, you can create a magnetic holding surface anywhere you want and keep your work surface tidy.
